I've filed more than three reports to cell c about the fact that I'm not receiving text (SMS) messages. On all three occasions I've been told that everything seems fine from their side. This is absolutely frustrating as I've been missing out on important communication. I've even had to go to the extent of changing most of my banking alerts to come through via email. This is a blatant inconvenience and is causing me a tremendous amount of frustration. I've been a loyal subscriber to cell c since I was in school and have never received such incompetent service. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth as I'm sure all the other service providers would be more than happy to take my money in exchange for a network provider that actually functions.
