Repugnant service from Autopgae HTC

I took out a contract with Autopage mid-January 2013. I chose the HTC 8X Windows phone. Sometime in March the phone started giving me 3 problems. The phone will randomly reboots itself, give me a SIM card missing error and the speaker have a cracking sound when I answered a call.
Initially I ignored these problems but they didn't go away.
I Googled common errors errors with the HTC 8X and I found out that these 3 problems are worldwide.
This morning I took the phone back to Autopage Head Office hoping that they would replace it since the errors are well documented. Number 4.1 of their Terms and Conditions state that "... the analysis of the device will be carried out, which may take up to 6 weeks to conclude. We will inform you should it become apparent that the analysis will take longer that 6 weeks.
