Failing to upgrade my contract, say it's impossibl

Want to get LTE. Am in area with coverage. Am told that I am locked at 3g speeds with my contract even though this was not indicated to me beforehand. Now I like to upgrade to a data contract where I would pay more but there is absolutely no interest to assist me with that after I am trying for months. 8ta is the only provider that people with this and doesn't allow upgrades. I even bought a LTE wifi modem from your Menlyn branch because they told me there many times before that I can access LTE if I use it!
Please upgrade my contract to 7.5Mb LTE, like I requested twice already at two branches (Menlyn and Woodlands) and charge me administration fees.
My contract is not with a device, so the penalty of R800 should not be applicable for a contract upgrade as I am not cancelling my contract.
Please follow my request and give me the customer service I deserve as a client!

I requested an updated invoice with the correct product name of the LTE modem I bought and also, like usual, am getting no feedback from your staff, who seem under-trained and don't have enough information nor enough technical knowledge about your products and are not organized!
