Over charge

I was phoned out the blue, asking if id be interested in purchasing a laptop and 2 GIG internet for R 300 p/m.
OK i said, for only R 300 p/m, nothing more i said.
Made sure that is all id be billed... said i dont want it if its going to be more, made sure i said that when he called because i know the call is being recorded.
Well... first debit from them R 422.00.
Now i know this is not allot of money, but its the principle.
I did not give them permission to debit that amount from my account, i only agreed on the R 300.
Please explain yourself you thieving.
