UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT AMOUNT OF R350

I completed details on your website. They contacted me two day later. As per all conversations I was told that all conversations are recorded.

I told the person that I was no longer interested in taking the loan.

On the 15 July 2013 my account was debited with the amount of R350.

I have under no circumstances given permission to do so. So why did you go ahead.

Please rectify this ASAP and transfer the R350 back into my account
