Billed for service I dont have

Electronics and household app.

Last year August I reported to PKF that i was buying a new car and that they need to uninstal tracker in old car put it in new car. This was not done, January 2013 I realised that they continued to charge me despite my request and them not providing me their service. I called them, spoke to Naheem, after a lot of struggle we agreed that i would instal new tracker into new car at a fee of R350 and PFK will then pause my debit orders for the amount of months i was billed without the service. I did my part and this month i check and PFK is not only still debiting my account but i was double billed this month. Naheem said Jan debit orders werent successful hence the double billing this month, checked with my bank and that Jan debit order was successful. Naheem now said they will pay me back for the months i didnt have the service. He was supposed to give me an update yesterday before end of day. I didnt receive it. I have spent a lot of money trying to sort this out apart from being billed for service i dont have, PFK needs to sort this out. Give me my money as in yesterday and Naheem needs to start doing his job. Given from Iwyze has tried his best to help me but the problem is with P
