On the night of the 29th May I emailed Mweb as my site had stopped working for a reason unknown to me, it simply gave an error.
The following morning of the 30th May, I received a response from a lady who forwarded my problem to webhosting.
I waited the whole day as well as the whole of the 31st May, yet no one bothered to get back to me nor fix the problem.

I am very disappointed in the horrid service I am receiving, I am loosing large amounts of money because of Mweb, if I knew they were so unreliable and had such terrible service, I would never had moved to them, I severely regret the decision I made.
