I hbought a BB 9810 last year March / April 2012 and 3 month later it was faulty so i notified APC H/O & had to go thru about a month ofhassles before i was assisted and the phone ws swopped out. When i got the replacement i noticed it was not new & notified Charl Swanepoel of it. He emailed back saying that it was new and assured me i will have no problems but i had problems from the start of using the phone. Now about 8 months later i have spoken to Clinton Neill which assured me that he will get a replcement unit to me but there is no stock. he then said that he will keep me wel informed yesterday the 30 May 13 by 4pm about a CPA unit and nothing has happened. I am tired of asking for service for something that should be guaranteed as they are Members of the Ethics Ins. of SA. I am also being told there is no stock always yet i called in and spoke to stores and they say that have plenty phones available. I have paid more than R5k for this and being told that if i get another unit becos the BB9810 is discontinued then i must pay in more money. I didnt ask for a faulty unit. this is the 2nd time i have no cust serv from APC. Very irate & dissapointed.
