This is not the first complaint I log in order to get ANY type of support / assistance from Vodacom. I upgraded my contract in March 2013 only to now 31 May 2013 have my BIS disconnected, apparently if I want to still have it I must pay for that extra. Me and my husband visited the Clearwater Vodacom and made sure that this was included as what is the use to have a blackberry without it. However when I phoned 111 and spoke to Ruben I was told this is not the case they are not able to assist me and I must go and sort it out with the branch, clearly each Vodacom is on its own and does not work as one company. when I then said he must please supply me with the procedure to follow to cancel my contract, I was told I can only do so within the first 7 days and he was not even able to assist me with the ombudsman's details and said I must consult the telephone directory, now how is that for customer service. What is a person to do, take an attorney with you when you upgrade your contract as what you get promised and what you receive is clearly not the same and when you realise it they pull up their shoulders and don't give a darn because they know you now have to pay for 24 months haha
