Shame on you Autopage

I have decided that Autopage probably has the worst service in the country...
Run debit orders of the wrong account.
Cut my data due to faulty admin.
Request payments with no invoice and when it issued its faulty.
So after being harassed on a up to date account I cancel the contract.
Not so easy. After paying R7800 they still wont port my number to a new contract.
So Shame on you - Rejoyce GM Credit Control for not following up.
Gail at client services for putting the phone down in my ear. Bianca at retentions for keeping me on the line for 20 min and not letting me know you can help me. Low Jooste - maybe if you were not sick and could have calmed me down - I would have been unhappy with a Autopage contract a little longer.
Shame on you Autopage! Juck!
