For the past four days i cannot use my phone. i am receiving the notification that i do not have enough airtime, although i have credit with them left from an international roaming deposit previously paid. after returning from my trip, i was told that i can not get back my balance, but it will be used to cover my monthly bills, which i'm sure it's an illegal practice in any case. however, a few days back i had my airtime cut. when inquiring at their disgusting call centre, one of their "champs" (i think they mean chimps, it must just be a spelling error) told me that, although i still have a balance from my international roaming illegally retained money, they can only un-lock my account after the end of the month. i really believe this is disgusting, they hold one's money for months, yet they are deciding when and how you can use their service. worst, it is impossible to get any information and resolve from their ridiculous callcentre. i have tried in vane to get anyone in their accounts department. after hours of holding and being passed from one champ to another, i got hold of Kagiso, apparently a team leader. he had informed me that in fact it's a technical erro
