Bad service from Edgars account service

My Wife's Edgars account now blocked for a second time without reason. She went to The Grove branch on Sunday 13 July and was told card was blocked. They then phoned the call centre, the guy verified all her details, and she was told everything was sorted, and the transaction was completed. When she today wanted to use her card again, the card was blocked again and no reason can be given. On an open forum I would ask Edgars to cancel this account and we will pay of the outstanding balance as per contract terms and conditions, and will in future rather buy from other clothing retail stores.
