Given a cellphone contract without my concern

I was called sometime in December to be told that I had won a Homemark christmas voucher of R1000.00 Courtesy of vodacom, didn't see anything wrong as I have a contract with vodacom. The voucher was then courier to my house on 02/01/2012 (with a new cellphone, that I supposly agreed to when I accepted the voucher) consulatant didn't say anything about a cellphone contract. I called Arizon telecommunications on 03/01/2012 to inform them that I don't want and can't afford another cellphone contract., after several attempts to get through to their call centre where you hold for more than 15 minutes, they must come get their phone (cellphone box not opened) and they agreed, still spoke to Gugulethu.

On 08/01/2012, they debited my account with an amount of R135.00. I reversed it at the bank and still called them, spoke to different people who said they will send courier to come colletect the package. I last spoke to a guy on 15/01/2012 (tuesday) and he said I will get an sms with reference (didn't received sms till now) and they should come get the phone before friday (18/01/2012 today).

I'm writting this complain as no movement till now.
