I bought this ideos slim 7 and it has been in and out of repairs with the same issue of it ending up not switching on. This device is so bad and I feel like I was mis-informed and taken advantage of my lack of tech knowledge. Now that they sold it to me they don't care about me and the inconvenience caused. This thing has spent more than a month in repairs and Clearwater says that "there is nothing they can do to help me. All I have to do is wait" Can you imagine a paying customer told that they will not do anything to help me? A shop full of devices and employees paid and trained on customer care? Just means they don't consider me valuable as a customer. They don't care!! And my receipt says if I wait for 28 days and there are no spares I should get a new device. Where is my device? But still no one can help me?
