No Service!!!

On the 17 Jan 2013 I took my 9900 bold blackberry in for repairs as it was only 10 months old. They told me it will take 21 days to be repaired. At the end of Feb I called the call centre and they said they will do a early upgrade for me and will phone me back. I'm still waiting for that call. On the 6 of March I went to the store and they filled in forms and said they will get back to me in 72 hours. Yesterday when I phoned after 192 Hours they told me they have lost the form. I have the top business contract at cell c and spend about R3000 a month for the last 8 years already. Guess who is going to lose R36000 a year??? 60 Days and no phone and counting!!!
