My account was throttled back and I was told on FB, before being band for language after days off frastration and no real answers. According to the answers I got, I was supposed to check fair usage of BIS policy, which I did and I was supposed to get 20 days notice, which they didn't. Since then my signal was pathetic. I couldn't even make calls. I'm using my phone for all my business considering that I'm a sub-contractor but I'm loosing business because of all of this. Customer care basically plays music the whole day and when you get thru they can only apologize. I want to know what is happening to Cell C. Should I get a lawyer to get me out of this 2 year contract or are they going to fix the problems.
