The very first incident is Cellc not sending airtime as they say there was no payment made, so we went to withdraw a bank statement to show that it was taken off. No apology was made and the airtime of that two days were lost, the same incident happened again.
Then I got a blackberry, Cell C was perfect, no problems at all, then came fair usage data because they greedy, they sms everyone and tell about the fair usage data and say it is for downloading limits, that's all they say!!! When my fair usage data finished, they never told me that everything will become inactive on my phone, they and won't even try apologising!! Then for days I sit without network, they won't let you know what's happening nor will they apologise! Cell C is by far the worst network and would never recommend it to anyone for all they do is Lie, Cheat and!!!
