DISGUSTING ATTITUDE FROM SINDI

It is with disgust that I put this complaint through. I usually have fantastic service from the Vodacom Call Centre and have in fact placed a compliment on HelloPeter regarding a very helpful and bubbly assistant at the Call Centre not too long ago however today was very different. I called to discuss having my phone removed off Softlock as I needed to use my phone. Instead of being met with a helpful individual, I was met with a rude and arrogant woman by the name of Sindi. I would like the manager of the Call Centre to kindly listen to the voice recording of our conversation approximately 15 minutes ago where the most simple request was made into the most abrupt conversation as Sindi clearly did not have time for my call or perhaps was not in the mood. I waited on the line to rate her service, which by the way she did not offer to me as a customer, and I believe it is because she knew her rating would be awful and when I waited on the line, so did she. She refused to put the phone down and this went on for about 3 minutes. With this kind of service and the type of problems I have been having with my billing at the end of every month I am ready to take this further and will do.
