I got a new Nokia Lumia in March. It gave me problems in the first week. I went to Nashua Alberton to complain and was told they could not do anything to help me and they have had many similar complaints. As it kept giving me problems I kept going back to Nashua, olny to be told every time "thats just how this phone is there is nothing we can do"
Now the phone doesn't even go on anymore so I complained AGAIN, this time they said they want to send the phone in for repairs but I have to sign their forms saying I'll pay an admin fee or something if they decide the warenty is void, which I refuse to sign because I know I did NOT damage the phone and I don't trust them to be honest after all the problems i have had. I phoned the manager/owner to explain the situation to him and all he kept telling me is that the people who gave me bad service had left and to sign the form or he couln't help me either. So now I am stuck with a 2 year contract and a phone that doesn't work. PS I always thought if you complained in the first week they have to either replace the product or cancell the sale???
