After the MTNSP center in Rivonia Rd was unable to provide the information I requested (upgrade). I called Head Office. I made a total of about 12 calls over the period of an hour and only managed to speak to the switchboard person during that time. The call centre system is a disaster and you cannot get to speak to one living person in an entire Head Office. Customer service is a joke!! I think Management hide behind the system and bury their heads in the sand...
