So 2013 starts off with the same from Altech. After being pushed to set up a debit order, they took what owed and then tried to sneak another 4 debit orders through for arbitrary amounts. They can't offer a reason for these amounts and have Bernadette from Altech Clearwater and I confused. I was not contacted by head office informing me of any problems, they just tried to take funds without informing me or my consent, which in my books adds up to and! Head office do not return our calls or answer e-mails and can't provide answers to our questions. Is this the way to treat customers? Incompetent staff that clearly don't care, as long as they get their salary they are happy! They have twice told me my account is 100% up to date, now come with this and then hide like ostriches with their heads buried in the sand thinking I will just pay and go away...
