My accounts were put on hold twice. This happened out of the blue. I took the matter up with a Vanessa Crow some kind of CEO Dispute resolution to get answers. The normal rubbish - it was the system who did it.

I responded in a letter that I don't accept the system story. I wanted the name of the responsible person who gave the "system" the wrong information which led to the hold on my accounts. Absa is unable to determine this. How incompetent can the personnel, "system" and Absa be. Scary if you don't know what is going on in your own company.

I want to know who the person is who gave the "system" the wrong information which led to my hold and inconvenience. I'll take from there.

I'm still waiting for a response.
