Vodacom
Billed for calls that I did not make!

I have a vodacom sim that I have not used for the past two years. In March the sim was /sim swapped and i did not know about it. The used the phone and hence rang up a huge bill. Now when i tell vodacom that i did not make those calls and the did they deman that i pay for the calls. The sim was in March they are being rude and arrogant. they refuse the investigate if a sim swap was done. I cannot afford this bill and vodacom is being extremely unhelpful.
