I have a cell phone contract with Vodacom and have worked for Vodacom as well as with them in my current job function. I migrated to a uChoose Smart XL in November 2013. Ever since then I have been unable to make phone calls to specific numbers, particularly ones starting with 0860 and 0800... I am a businessman and can not afford to not be able to make certain phone calls. The worst part of this is that I have been in contact with a few Vodacom dealers as well as the call centre for OVER TWO MONTHS!!!

I have been contacted by a certain Brian from the call centre numerous times but he has no idea of what he is talking about and neither does it sound that he is taking my plea seriously, considering I'm still waiting for some kind of response from him.

How can a leading telecommunications company have such pathetic after sales service? Can not anyone I have dealt with see that as I average a phone bill between R1200 - R3000 every month that I need to be able to make phone calls?!!!
