Vodacom just does not give a about anyone

Our lines was cut due to non-payment, my wife stopped working. We since recovered and paid the Outstanding amount at the Vodacom store in Canal walk. We were also told that we need to buy new sim cards for our numbers to be re-activated, which we did. After running around for 2 weeks our numbers was finally reconnected. Then we got an sms saying we are still in arrears, after we paid the full arrear amount at Canal walk as per the Consultant, i called to enquire about this and was told that there is a re-activation amount per line, and we had 3 lines. I was never explained about this and as per the CPA i am supposed to be explained about any cost before i enter into an agreement, even though it was on the small print (which i did not see) the consultant still had to explain it to me, which did not take place. I spoke to Petronela Mathebula, a very rude consultant who did not even listen to me, she just talked even while i was talking, she had absolutely no respect for me. I escaleted the case and got a call today from a consultant saying Petronela's boss Sheryl Watson said i must just pay the reconnection fees, and after leaving 2 messages Sheryl still did not get back to me.
