Ectifying their mistake on my data bundles

I got a contract phone on the 27/05/2013, i was suppose to get 1GB but i got 100MB, i had to ask them to add my data as i needed to receive emails, she realised that i didnt receive what was due to me and said she'll fix it, i was releaved to know that someone was competant.
