Z10 faulty again

I got a Z10 blackberry beginning of April 2013 by May 10 2013 the Z10 speaker was faulty, gave it in and only received a "new z10" after a long problem with phone not being there as promised and then they phoned saying it was there then again that it was not my phone when I started with head office the "new z10" magically appeared a few minutes later. now barely a week later this "new z10" is also giving problems restarting itself, not picking up sin card etc. This is the worst service I have ever received and dread to think again another 10 days without a phone, my phone is my business and how I make money, I want this resolved tomorrow.
