I took my phone in to be repaired today at around 1. The consultant told me that the phone would need to be replaced, and that the repair centre would prepare a report to that effect which would take an hour. The consultant told me that I would have a new phone today. I requested a loan phone, and he said I could not have one for such a short period. I went back at 16:30, only to find out that my phone had been sent to the advanced repair centre (ARC) and that it would take 7 - 14 days. I then had to fight to get a loan phone, which I finally did. In total I spent 3 hours at Vodaworld, and had to drive there twice. The second time could have been avoided had the consultant given me a loan phone, as he would then have been able to update me on what's happening.

Your consultants really shouldn't make promises they cannot keep. I am appalled at the incompetence of your employees. This is not the first time I have had an issue like this with Vodacom. I would like the employee in question to take accountability for this issue, deliver on the promises he made, as well as apologise. Failing to do this, I will escalate this to the highest possible level.
