Poor network coverage

Hi MTN
I'm staying in Glen Ridge west of Soweto, the MTN network coverage is terrible here, sometimes no network at all. Unlike other service providers there is a network. Can't MTN do something about this? Because its almost four to five years I'm staying here but till to date MTN has done nothing to care to their customers. Or maybe you are not interested in us? I fail to understand why such a big company like MTN cannot realize that there are developments everywhere in the country & they should follow their customers by installing network ARIALS?
Please do something about the Glen Ridge area PLEASE!
