Quite Dissapointed

I am dissapointed to have to do this, on the 2nd of May I sent my S3 in for repairs. I was patient and understanding and just wanted to enquire last week wednesday (22nd), I was given a lady to handle my case and assist me who assured me she will be with me until the moment I pick up my phone from the store.

To this day I never heard from her again. I went to return my S4 yesterday after taking another contract out on friday, for OBF reasons, and enquired about my S3 again. The lady went to the back and it was there. No notifications or anything but alas I had my phone.

Nothing was done to it except a CellC sticker attached to it. The problem was charging, the port doesn't work, the light goes on as if it is charging but no power goes to the device. When the phone is off, it will not charge. The technician probably plugged it in, saw the light, and ASSUMED it was fine and sent it back. This is ridiculous, do they not do proper testing??

So here I sit, not 21 days later but 26 days later with my phone returned to me still useless. Please sort this out, it is quite a burden, I have had the phone for 7 months, one of which it was not even with me.
