Staff dont know how to assist a client

I have 2 complaints regarding the service received from MTN.
1st, I have a contract number which expired in Nov last year and since then I am having issues cancelling this with MTN.I 1st phoned the call centre about 2 months ago and was told that they can't assist me and I must send a mail to mtn, which I did and till today no response has been received. I then followed this up in store at Three Rivers and was told that they can't assist me as the number is a Corporate Contract. Maybe someone at MTN can advise what is going on?
2nd Complaint. After deciding on taking out a new contract with MTN I had phoned the Three Rivers store. I chatted to Constance at the store and asked that since I am an existing MTN client will I receive the phone same day if I come in and was advised that this will be done. I then drove out specially to the MTN store where again I had reiterated to the consultant (Zoleka) that I only want to take out the contract if I receive the phone same day which she confirmed. We then started the process and after waiting an hour I was then told that she forgot about a new policy and I cant get the phone. I logged a complain directly with MTN and still no feedback.
