Seeing RED with Cell C (again)

At 10:30 on Thursday 13 September 2012 I lodged a complaint with Cell C for receiving sms's when I did not ask for any... I am now getting SPAM from them on a daily basis sometimes more than once a day.

In trying to get it resolved I am told I need to share amongst other private criteria my ID number, which I have done and still no resolution... I have been on the line for over 25 minutes now and still no resolution.
