Cannot get the correct cancellation fee

I have been trying for the past month and a half to cancel the contract of my boss who is now deceased. The responses from the call centre operators as well as via email have been unsatisfactory. I keep being told a different amount which has to be paid to cancel the contract. All I want now is an email detailing the amount to be paid so that I have it in writing and can then go ahead with payment.
