In trying to get myself from receiving SPAM from Cell C amongst other places I have a rather rude Poloko telling me I need to do something I have a very strong moral restraint against, I firstly had to speak Pretty who tried to translate for Poloko who after asking to escalate the issue became the line management.
I then said I wanted to lodge a complaint and was told he would respond to it personally... the point being? I then asked for his line manager (who is in a meeting) and was sternly told off again, Alistar Tempest is the next port of call whom I will contact in an hour's time.
