Subscription without My Consent

I received a call from 0110623541 at 09:39 this morning and the caller was an automatic machine that told me to dial options to subscribe for mobile money, I didn't press anything because everything happened so fast I wanted to listen to the options again and the voice said I am subscribed to mobile money for R3.00 a day.
I am really against that and I am not willing to pay any subscription for something I don't even know its use.
