Cell C
Want my refund today. Cell is a company

Last week I phone cell c to find out if my account would be debited with this crazy amount R9430. Two people, including a manager verified that it wouldn't be. This morning I wake up and get a SMS notification that my account has been debited with that amount. My acc is currently on a minus R10000 as a result of this transaction which I specifically asked not to go through. I would like for cell c to refund my R4254 that was in my account, before I forward this matter to the Ombudsman
