BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I called the MTN store in Quagga centre Pretoria West on 16.05.13 to ask them if they have the Samsung pocket camera package and the took my numbers and said they will call me once they've called other branches when they told me they don't have stock I must come on Tuesday 21.05, so I did, when I got there they said they still don't have stock and they haven't made means to acquire the stock, they will call other branches again. On 23.05 I called the MTN in Pretoria central and they told me they had stock, clearly this means they did not do their job and it was such an inconvenience for me to go all the way to town to get this upgrade, they are a bunch of lazy ladies who don't know what their are doing, in future they should do their job and practice proper customer service!!
