3g coverage and network slow yet billed

This is the how many time i complain surrounding mtn, my bill per month amounts to R 3300 a month roughly which i am already unhappy about. I have tried to change my packages but do not want to pay the remainder of the contract, yet your service on top of that is pathetic and i still get charged or my bytes still get deducted for internet thats idling and slow. My request is i do not want solutions of how to fix this, please provide details if an ombudsman or similar to address this with. I am tired of paying almost of my salary to mtn on a monthly basis just to enjoy internet usage thats poor or make use of an iphone.
