Unauthorized Billing

To whom it may concern:

I hereby instruct you to cancel what ever subscription's you deduct against my cell phone number with immediate effect. After many requests send to you via mtn you still continue with your actions. To prevent this matter not to be taken to court to proceed with legal actions I suggest you forward me prove or a letter stated that this unauthorised billings against my number has been cancelled.
