As a customer I simply cant wrapped my head around how your guys service to the point of no return!!! I have been a client with Vodacom for a long time and never had any problems whatsoever up until 2 weeks ago!! I upgraded my contract with you guys it was the simplest process I had and left the shop a happy customer and thats where it ended. I had some problems with the phone took it in again and was told it was a OBF and the phone would be booked in to be repaired and I would be notified in 7-10 working days which I accepted. I dont get a call to advise anything within that time I have to call you to find out whats happening and when I do I get told it must be delivered. I then phone again the next day which was yesterday and get told yes its arrived all fixed and everything, I get to the store the consultant tell me "no sir its not here due to the OBF being rejected and you have to pay R600 to have the phone repaired"??? Do you accept the charges??.ARE YOU GUYS INSANE??? REALLY?? ITS AN OBF WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER??? I need to understand exactly whats happening and why am I left with a bill of R600 when the phone is 6 days old, help me!
