Overcharged on monthly statements

Since April, I have been charged for Mtn2my aid service. Every month i get an sms saying i should sms Stop to stop the service, which i do. but then, in the next month, i notice i am again being charged for this service.

I phoned the customer care line and spoke to lindiwe who told me that the service was cancelled but yet again, i was charged for this mtn2my aid service.
