Waiting a month for Samsung S4, still no feedback

I went to MTN centurion to buy a Samsung S4, I was told the phone is out of stock I must join the queeu. I did followup twice without them giving me feedback. Yesterday I went to the MTN shop centorion. The white lady I forgot her name who works on the right PC when facing the tellers, checked on the list and my name was not there. I left a mesage for Monde to contact me, shed did a note on her computer. Time now is 10h55 and nobody has contacted me. I have an insurance approval to get a phone. I am not sure about the date but itwas towards the end of April.
