We all know the beloved Telkom, However I encountered a few new interesting sides of it and here is a little incite of it all:

Working at an ISP we are to deal with Telkom on behalf of our Customers, However when calling in I dealt with 'Hennie Cloete' on 14/05/2013 at around 11:03am

Spoken to Rudely by Hennie, explaining that a Line is stable on 67/68 ATT when actually by Telkom terms is not points directly to 'lying' Further more explaining his Reason and adding a Sarcastic comment with a further answer to state that I was going to ask the question he answered too.

I believe that I am the Customer here regardless, I was told that I have an attitude problem for stating that 'He dare speak to me like that' I further requested the contact number of his Line Manager who is 'Zongezile Mongezi Yiliwe (ZC)' who stated he would be responding 'Tuesday (21/05/2013)' Which never happened, Today is Friday 24/05/2013 where I have emailed the line manager in question and stated I wish to have an update on this issue, or I would be allowing the public to see what is going on behind closed doors here.

I was told to go ahead with my threat and have done so by sharing my story/experience here.
