Pathetic service to customer and false promises

I took out a contract for a laptop and tablet. Recieved the laptop but not the tablet. 3 months and NO debit orders went off. then now in April all 3 ammounts went off and head office and the branch cant give me a answer or statement. The call centre asked me for my bank details over the phone!! Yusuf, the salesman who i dealt with told me its not his problem that the accounts is not loaded properly. He promises to get back to be BUT HAS NEVER. another prose today 23/5/2013 to get back to me about the debit order. I was also never shown proof of my signing for the tablet! He to me that he can cancel the contract for the tablet but now says that he cant because of head office and he does not know what to do, making it my problem... I have never experienced unbelieveble bad servcie and will tell all about the lack of service at autopage. when i called the branch today, the phone was put down on me and the lady answering the phone to me that Yusuf is not availble!!..i demanded to speak to him and only then she handed the phone over to him. Pathetic!!!
