BAD BUSINESS

Get faxes of up to 10 per week from Effective Enquiries. Decided in Jan to fill in and wait for further detail. Phoned Telkom and it seemed that Telkom is half the price for the listings and I WROTE cancell over my filled form faxed to Effective Enquiries and faxed back to them. I thought this was done and dusted with but apparently not. Received one bill after the other and a lot of rude phone calls to pay money. At long last after sending them everything with proof the "legal' department phoned me telling me that I shall pay in the money of the cancellation today or they begin with legal procedings for R 1900!! ALL THIS FOR A QUERIE OF HOW I GET TO LIST MY BUSINESS IN THE TELCOM TELEPHONE BOOK.

BAD ATTITUDES, BUSINESS NOT ABOVE BOARD WITH A LOT OF MISLEADING CONDUCT.

STAY AWAY.
