I ended my contract with Nashua on May 2012 at their blairgowrie branch and migrated to pre-paid on 1st June 2012, my contract was never deactivated and it has been active for 10months after termination of the contract, the last debit order going out on the 30th April. I've contacted the customer srvice call center and the account controller for a refund but I was reffered back to the Blairgowrie to claim for such. Daniella Govender, a sales consult at the branch assured me that I'll be fully refunded inclunding bank reversal fees, she even asked for my bank staments which I happily sent ti her and she's been dragging her feet ever since. After this on going battle, to my shock I only received a payment of R378.70 this morning. I'm so upset by all this! They not only unlawfully debiting and hurting my bank account, they also making me beg for money that is rightfully mine.
