Cell C
7 months and never getting HELP

We have had our contracts for 7 months and the service levels are pathetic as my phone is mostly on voice-mail they claim that this is not there problem!!! How do you pay for a service that you don't get? Cell-C is a money making racket as there interests are not for there clients but for there pockets.
