No answer number migration not done as promised

I have tried on countless occasions to call the 8ta store in Alberton city from where I bought my contract but no one ever answers the phone.

When I bought the contract I wanted to keep my number, so I filled all the neccessary paperwork and they said the number would be migrated the following day. Its 3 weeks later and my number is still not migrated.
