Lying to us on status of repai

Every time i call even 3 times a day i get a different story to why it takes 2 months to repair a line of 100 m and there is spare cable on the pole this is effecting my business and my nabours home line refrence 76313846A and 40ctz280313 as u can see on the referance it was reported on the 28/03/2013 and still nothing gets fixed POOR SERVICE
