Softlocked because of Vodacom's shocking admin

We ordered the iphone 5. The phone was delivered, but 2 weeks later another one was delivered which we returned, but now the original phone has been softlocked by Vodacom.

This is the second time in 2 weeks that Vodacom has softlocked our phones with no warning, no explanation, and no way to contact anyone in their accounts or customer service.

We have called over 10 times over the last 2 days, sent 5 emails, and no one is able to help us. The best the customer service department can do is transfer you to another department, and if you ask to speak to a supervisor they transfer you to the main menu, where you wait another 20min before someone helps you.

Shocking and unethical service.
